Day 9 Rarotonga
Today we started it off by doing my all-time favourite thing… Nothing.
Day 8 Rarotonga
Today started like any other day but deep down I knew thought something was happening today but as usual I couldn’t recall what it was, while I was trying to remember Nate came in and causally said “You better get a move on because we are doing a practice walk to Avarua for the Camino” …
Day 7 Rarotonga
Today we woke up and went straight to the best coffee roaster on the island where we ordered some coffees, hot chocolates and some croissants.
Day 6 Rarotonga
Today we woke up super early so we could see the great Vaka Marumaru Atua (A bit like a Waka) come into port since before it was destroyed by fire.
Day 5 Rarotonga
Today started with me waking up to an empty house because everyone else had ditched to go to the café up the road.
Day 4 Rarotonga
Today I woke up at around 8:00 am because I’m a heavy sleeper and then after breakfast we started the day with a trip into town to a place called the “Lucky Rooster eatery” which was an appropriate name because the place was crawling with hens and roosters.
Day 3 Rarotonga
Today everyone aside from me (I was asleep, or I would have come) went down to the beach and collected plastic while it was raining and then we had some pastry from the shop that were pretty nice but then we crashed on the couch for the rest of the day.
Day 2 Rarotonga
In the morning I woke up and decided to take a crack at a book that we had found around the house (I forgot to bring my own books ): ) which was called “ the blade itself” by Joe Abercrombie which I quite like.
Day 1 Rarotonga
After about 6hrs of sleep my brother Nate and I decided to go for a little look around the place after some breakfast.
