Day 14 Rarotonga

Today started with me waking up late as usual which was fantastic to get up without people telling me to get up.

After a while Mum and Mark got fed up doing nothing and decided to go to the coffee roasters across the road to get coffee (the coffee roaster is called Neil) and while they were gone we had to listen to the same song on repeat because mum could only play one album at a time unfortunately. When they got back apparently Neil had given them a free sour dough loaf and I couldn’t believe the aroma that was coming off that sour dough “Apparently he makes the best coffee And the best bread” I thought to myself. After a few hours of sitting around reading Mum and Mark couldn’t take it anymore “We have to go somewhere” they exclaimed, so after a small discussion we decided to go to a place called “Charlies bar and café” where I ordered a delicious grilled chicken burger while everyone else ordered exotic stuff like sashimi, well aside from Nate who only ordered chicken nuggets like come on man get something you can’t get at a take away restaurant why don’t you (I think thats proper english?). After everyone was full we headed down to the beach were the parents plus the littlest on went for a swim Nate and I stayed on the beach reading which was quite pleasant but after a while a group of dogs walked past and one of them left a present in the sea so everyone in the water had to evac immediately. After that small disaster we walked back to the bikes and headed home after a nice sunny day.
